How to Play
Everything in this game is a card and it is played by dragging cards onto other cards.
The Controls are as follows:
- Use LMB to drag a single card around.
- Use RMB to drag around a card and all cards stacked underneath it.
- A tooltip with explanations will appear if you hover over a card.
- You can move the camera either by holding MMB and dragging with your mouse or by using WASD or arrow keys.
- Scroll with your mouse to zoom in and out
- ESC to immediately quit the game! There is no menu! (Windows version only)
Your goal is to move through 24 locations (purple cards) and to defeat the final boss at the end.
Your progress and journey are shown in the bar at the top of the screen.
The game is difficult, so don't expect to win first try!
I recommend reading the basic tips below and if things are unclear or too difficult then have a look at the advanced tips.

Basic Tips
- Pay attention to the UI that appears when you drag and hold a card over another card. It describes the type of interaction that will happen when you drop the card!
- Two of the most basic card interactions are Equip and Consume. Equipping a card requires a free inventory slot. Consuming a card does not require an inventory slot, but the effects of the consumed cards are only temporary

Advanced Tips
- New recipes to craft more powerful cards are only received after winning an encounter! Always choosing the Forage option is not the way!
- Crafting a campfire gives you a big advantage! But don't forget to put a "Cookable" card onto the campfire before you move. Cooking a card will almost always upgrade that card!
- Pay attention to the locations you are moving to. Each location has its own set of resources and enemies that can be encountered there! tldr: Don't go looking for fish in the jungle.
- Most enemies have inventory space and can be equipped just like the player! (You do not lose those cards when the enemy dies)
- You can equip and unequip items at any time! Consider your options - different equipment might do better against certain enemies!
- Speed is very impactful, as the faster character gets to attack twice in a fight! An enemy being faster than you is often bad news, so try to avoid that!
- Defense is very impactful against enemies with low attack. And venomous enemies will only poison you if they can pierce your defense!

Nice idea and execution Hoodie! I just finished my first attempt. Here is my feedback - won't be the last one - really like what you are doing here.
Bugs (maybe?)
Some ideas
Looking forward to round 2 :-D
Hey Tiger, thank you so much for your feedback!
Sorry you lost your first run to that bug, it's probably a collider that is disabled when it shouldn't :/ (recipes don't have limited slots, the card should have definitely been usable...)
Highlighting all possible ingredients is a great idea, I will do that :)
And funny that you mention Card Survival: Tropical Island - it is definitely one of the games that inspired this one. Stacklands as well (obviously).
But I always wished that there would be more "build variety" in those games, making each run feel different because you never get the same options.
So I probably won't add the ability to craft anything you don't have the recipe for.
There is a recipe for rope too, but you can only craft it if you randomly get and pick that recipe ;)
Thanks for playing, I'm very happy you like the game! :)
I can't read the text because it is so small
Thanks for your feedback! You can scroll with the mouse to zoom in. Currently even the tooltips are small unless you are zoomed in enough.
This is game is:
1: Interesting as hell, 2: Addicting and 3: Extremelly creative
I'm over here strategizing my survival looking at my cards and organzing them as if i'm Yu Gi Oh duelling Mother Nature herself!
